Ventured back to Lansing today. Lol. Visited the Michigan History Museum. Very interesting. First plaque we saw was to honor the Indigenous People- that impressed me. Remember S&H green stamps? I remember my mom saving books of them! Was interesting to see the KKK held a rally there in 1924. Learned that the Great Lakes is the largest fresh water system in the world and was glad 20th century Michigans began to understand the respect Native Americans have for the earth and took steps to preserve this valued resource for future generations. Also learned more about the history of the Native Americans.

In the afternoon we visited a local museum and planetarium. Good show.
