Florida 3-13,14-2025

Spent some time with doctors and the ER last 2 days. Steve has a blood clot in his left leg and is now on Eliquis to keep it from getting worse. Docs say it should dissolve by itself but Steve must hydrate more, walk more, wear compression socks, not sit for more than 2 hrs. Fun times but manageable. Took the dawg for a walk to the beach today. I understand why this area is the emerald coast. Beautiful white sand and light emerald green water. Just beautiful. Quiet is good after all the running.
