Traveled today to Jasper Tenn. Just west of Chattanooga. Thru The Great Smokies, Cherokee National Forest and Nantahala National Forest. Breathtaking scenery. Really nice park, close to Chickamagua-Civil war battle site (National Park closed just now because of government shut down). Nice pull thru site, full hook up and super nice people. Right on the lake. We will be back.

Traveled today to Cartooge Creek campground in Franklin NC. Long day- i didnt plan that one so good. Thru the Black Mountains and into The Great Smokies. Beautiful scenery. I drove for a little. High

Rained again all day Wednesday so we did maintenance stuff. Thursday the sun finally peeked thru. Drying everything out to pack. Visited with everyone and played games in the evening. Got a few more
