OMG! The day from he.......! Left our site in the forest and the main road out was barricaded so we went off onto another smaller road. Full of ruts, close trees and large puddles. Steve did great though cursing the whole time til the last puddle. Stuck in the sand/mud/water. Called our Good Sam road service and hours later we were towed out. What a nightmare! But I figured that's our first major catastrophe in 2 1/2 years so not too bad. Could have been worse. Good news- the jeep walked right thru the puddle. Finally arrived at Ft.Walton Elks after dark. In for a beer and some rip offs. Early bed. Mickey was a real trooper.
