Drove today to Marathon (keys) to stay with the Elks for a few. We drove thru Big Cypress Preserve on the Tamiami Trail. Also known as alligator Alley. Stopped at a visitors center and saw the gator. The title was at another stop. Check out the air plant that grows here. Noticed my any fields obviously burned, they do prescribed burns here to revitalize the forest. Saw a casino (tribal) toward the end of the preserve and many Indian Villages thru the preserve. Cannot believe how beautiful the water is. Really hot and a little buggy.
