Visited another beach today-Caspersen Beach. Different than Venice-rocks lined the shore and the sand was blackish. Lots and lots of shells so we were busy. Pelican floating on the waves but no other birds. That was odd but I guess it's because of the rocks. Had a picnic lunch on the beach (Steve's idea!). Back to camp for naps and dinner then visited the Audubon Rookery nearby. So very cool! Little island in the middle of a little pond and all these nesting birds. Saw Great Blue and Great White Herons, Anhinga and Comorant. No gators but were told one lives in the pond.

Rained again all day Wednesday so we did maintenance stuff. Thursday the sun finally peeked thru. Drying everything out to pack. Visited with everyone and played games in the evening. Got a few more
